# Update Network Resource

`PATCH` `/tenants/resources/{id}`

Operation ID: `ResourceController_update`

Modifies the configuration of an existing network resource including its name, description, and other properties. Changes may affect access policies and user permissions.

## Path parameters

- `id` (string, uuid, required) - The unique identifier (UUID) of the resource to update

## Request body (required)

Content types: `application/json`

## Responses

- `200` - Successfully updated the resource
- `400` - Bad Request - Invalid resource data provided
- `401` - Unauthorized - Invalid or missing authentication token
- `403` - Forbidden - Insufficient permissions to perform this operation.
- `404` - Resource not found with the provided ID
